NAFUME Artisan Luxe ("NAFUME", "we", "our", "us") is a premium fragrance brand based in India. We sell Eau De Parfum and related products directly to customers through our website and WhatsApp order process.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you visit our website or place an order with us.
2. Information We Collect
When you browse our website or place an order, we may collect the following:
- Your name — provided at checkout for order processing
- Phone number (WhatsApp) — used to confirm and communicate about your order

- Shipping address — to deliver your order to the correct location
- Order details — products selected, quantities, pricing, payment preference
- Payment preference — COD or Prepaid; we do not collect or store card or UPI details
- Device and browser data — basic analytics (page visits, device type) if analytics tools are connected in future
We do not collect sensitive financial data such as card numbers, OTPs, or bank account details.

Currently, order and account data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This means your data stays on your own device unless you explicitly share it with us via WhatsApp or a contact form. We do not currently maintain a central customer database.
When a backend or Shopify integration is enabled in future, this policy will be updated to reflect the new storage and processing arrangement.
